Non-refundable tickets are the cheapest but if you plan to cancel, you won`t be able to get a
refund from airlines apart small part of taxes.
Refundable fares are more expensive but you can claim a refund, the refund time takes 2-10
weeks depending on the airline. Airlines cancellation fees apply, also travel agents deduct
some money for processing refunds.
How to prepare for TRIP?

2. Make sure to cover your trip in case you get sick before your travel or during the trip
3. Check how much baggage you need, one suitcase, two or more? Remember that
some airlines can charge high fees per kilo, sometimes up to USD 25-45 per kilo

Visa & Passport Requirements
Obtaining a visa for the country of transit and country of destination remains the
responsibility of the passenger.
A valid passport and a valid visa for the country of destination is required for the duration of
the trip and the expiry date of these documents must be in accordance with the countries the
passenger will be traveling to. Please note that certain countries require a 6 months passport
validity period in order for you to travel.
A transit visa may be required as per the immigration laws of that transit country of
destination (for example if a passenger is switching airline carriers at a transit destination or
if the period of transit exceeds a certain time period or where the main checked baggage has
not been interlined to the final destination and needs to be re-checked in).

Best time to purchase a flight ticket is few months before planned travel.
